Ingredients
- 3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 6 slices cheese
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil water, salt and butter. Add in macaroni, cover and simmer for 10 min. Water should be absorbed. Add in lowfat milk and cut up cheese. Stir carefully till all the cheese is melted. Turn off heat.
