Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon (cut in sm. pcs)
- 1 pound liver, sliced
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 can onion soup
Directions
- In skillet cook bacon till crisp. Remove and drain. Dust liver with flour. Brown liver in drippings. Add in bacon, soup and chili sauce. Cover skillet and simmer for 30 min or possibly till liver is tender. Uncover and cook for a few min to thicken. Serve with mashed potatoes a green vegetable and salad. Good.
