Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  •     Grated Rind Of 1 Lemon
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1 x Pie Crust (9 Inch), unbaked

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs till smooth. Add in sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter.
  2. Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375 till brown, 25 to 30 min.
  3. NOTES : A graham cracker crust may be used if you like.
