Ingredients
- 1 lemon pudding cake mix
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 Large eggs
Directions
- Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil till crumbly. Reserve 1 c.. Pat remaining in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg till smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and bake 15 min. Cold.
