Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pork chops
- 2 lbs. grnd chuck
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce or possibly puree
- 1 lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Fry chops in shortening till brown. Remove and set aside. Fry grnd chuck and Italian sausage taken out of casing. Add in garlic and onion and fry till beginning to brown. Add in puree and spaghetti sauce and simmer 1/2 hour. Add in chops and simmer about 1 1/2 hrs. Remove chops and serve on the side.
