Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
- 1 pt. ice cream, softened
- 1 pkg. Jello instant pudding
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie shell. Refrigerateovernight. The secret is in combining different flavors of ice cream and pudding.
- Suggestion 1: Vanilla ice cream, pistachio pudding, garnished with whipped cream and slivered almonds.
- Suggestion 2: Vanilla ice cream, chocolate pudding, 4 ounces chocolate morsels, garnished with whipped cream. Add in remaining 2 ounces chocolate morsels.
