Ingredients
- 2 quart. flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. dry lowfat milk
- 3/4 quart. hot water
- 2 ounce. yeast cake
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
Directions
- Combine: shortening, water, lowfat milk, salt, oil, yeast, sugar in saucepan. Add in Large eggs; then add in to flour.
- Mix, knead and roll out. Cut with biscuit cutter after raised once. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
