Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 12 chicken wings, about 2 pound
Directions
- SAUCE: Cook butter, onion, and chili pwdr covered on high 4-5 min (microwave). Stir once. Stir in honey, mustard, salt, and warm pepper sauce.
- Bake chicken wings (cover pan with foil as clean up is messy) at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Second hour baste with sauce till wings are golden and tender.
