Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. water
- 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 c. coarsely crushed Oreo cookies
- 2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions
- In large bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in lowfat milk, water and vanilla. Mix in cookies and whipped cream. Pour into aluminum foil lined loaf pan or possibly 2 qt container. Cover. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Scoop ice cream from pan or possibly peel off foil and slice. Makes 1 1/2 qts.
