Ingredients

  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 tbsp. freeze dry chives
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
  • 3/4 c. plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly 4-5 times.
  2. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with a 2 inch cutter. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 min or possibly till lightly browned. Yield: 1 dozen.
