  • 1 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 soup can lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger in skillet, drain. Add in onion. Cook till tender. Add in soup, lowfat milk, and seasonings. Mix well. Cook till heated through. Fold in lowfat sour cream. Serve with noodles.
