Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 1 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can lowfat milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 carton lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger in skillet, stirring till crumbly; drain. Add in onion. Cook till tender. Add in soup, lowfat milk and seasonings, mixing well. Cook till heated through. Fold in lowfat sour cream. Serve with noodles. Yields 8 servings.
