Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Large eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 2 c. cubed ham
- Dash garlic pwdr
- Pepper to taste
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 or possibly more slices bacon, fried & crumbled
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Pour oil around top of preheated wok, coating sides. Allow to heat at medium high for 1 minute. Add in celery, onion and green pepper. Stir fry for 2 min till veggies are crispy. Add in ham, garlic pwdr and pepper. Stir fry 3 to 4 minuets. Add in rice and stir fry 2 to 3 min. Stir in bacon, egg and soy sauce, heat through and serve.
