Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Fish fillets, Marlin-2 pcs
  • 1/2 lrg Lemon, quartered Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the grill for the direct heat method.
  2. Lightly grease the grid with spray oil so the fillets will not stick. Season fish with salt and pepper and place fish on grid using a medium-warm fire.
  3. Grill for 5 min per side or possibly till fish flakes. Remove from grill and squeeze lots of lemon on the Marlin. Enjoy!
