Ingredients

  • 2 - 12 oz. packages of fully-cooked chicken sausages, any variety or a combination of varieties
  • 2- 3 bell peppers, cleaned and cut into chunks (red, yellow, orange or green)
  • 1 small red onion, cleaned and cut into chunks
  • 2 - 3 zucchini, cut into chunks
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
