Ingredients

  • 6 x hard-cooked Large eggs peeled, minced
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp McCormick Grnd Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Onion Pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Season-All Seasoned Salt McCormick Paprika (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Cover and chill.
  2. Serve egg salad on a bed of lettuce or possibly spoon into pita pockets. Garnish with Paprika, if you like.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  4. Variation: Substitute 1/2 tsp. McCormick Curry Pwdr for McCormick Season-All and add in 1 c. green seedless grapes, halved.
