Ingredients
1 1/2 c. or possibly less of stock form turkey giblets
1/2 loaf toasted bread (toasted slowly), cubed
4 c. crumbled corn bread
1/2 tsp baking pwdr
3 tsp poultry seasoning (Seven Seas)
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 x beaten Large eggs
Directions
Make stock form the turkey giblets. Pour warm stock over remaining ingredients. Mix well.
