Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. or possibly less of stock form turkey giblets
  • 1/2 loaf toasted bread (toasted slowly), cubed
  • 4 c. crumbled corn bread
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 3 tsp poultry seasoning (Seven Seas)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 2 x beaten Large eggs

Directions

  1. Make stock form the turkey giblets. Pour warm stock over remaining ingredients. Mix well.
