- 4 pound chuck roast
- Dry onion soup mix
Directions
- Tear aluminum foil. Place roast in center, sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat. Fold foil over meat to seal in steam. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs. Makes great sandwiches also.
