1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 ounce. melted, unsweetened good chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Whip the cream, sugar, and salt together till stiff. Add in chocolate and vanilla and mix well. Refrigerateand freeze. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 8 small portions.
