Easy Chocolate Mocha Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 sm Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. Coffee (made)
  • 1/2 c. Water

Directions

  1. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan, and preheat oven as directed on cake mix package.
  2. Prepare cake mix as directed; set aside.
  3. Pour powdered pudding mix into a bowl. Add in the coffee and water to the mix. Stir together. This will be pretty thick.
  4. Pour about 3/4 of the cake mix into the bottom of the pan, spoon the filling on top, and pour the remaining cake batter into the pan.
  5. Bake as directed. I took about 10 min.
  6. May be served alone, or possibly with a powdered sugar glaze on top of it.
  7. NOTES : If you don't like the strong coffee flavor, as I do, then you can decrease the amount of coffee.
  8. You could just leave the coffee out completely.
