Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken, cut into cubes (or possibly grnd beef)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms (saute/fry fresh mushrooms or possibly use canned)
  • Onion pwdr
  • Chives or possibly parsley flakes (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Saute/fry meat in small amount of oil (or possibly use cooked chicken), season with onion pwdr. Add in cream of mushroom soup and stir. Add in mushrooms and simmer 3 to 5 min. Add in lowfat sour cream and heat through. Garnish with chives or possibly parsley flakes and serve over cooked egg noodles or possibly inside pocket bread.
