Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, cooked & liquid removed well
- 2 c. minced, cooked chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom (or possibly chicken) soup
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 (10 ounce.) can mushroom pcs, liquid removed
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook package of frzn spinach and drain well. In large bowl, mix spinach, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, egg, mushrooms and cheddar. Pour mix into a 9"x13" greased baking dish. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter together till moist and crumbly. Top the mix with it and bake in oven, uncovered, 40 min till bubbly and well heated through. Serves 4. Use turkey instead of chicken for variation.
