Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 jar (12 ounce.) chicken gravy
  • 2 c. cooked chicken (cubed)
  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn mixed vegetables, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Bake at 350 degrees 45 min to 1 hour.
  2. Stir contents of Stove Top vegetable/seasoning packet, butter and water in bowl. Add in stuffing and crumbs. Stir till water is absorbed.
  3. Mix gravy, chicken, vegetables, and thyme. Pour in 2 qt casserole dish. Spoon stuffing over chicken mix.
  4. Bake till warm and bubbly.
