Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. frzn broccoli cuts
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper
- Bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown. Cook broccoli according to package; drain. Arrange broccoli in baking dish, top with chicken.
- Combine soup and lowfat milk; pour over chicken. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Pour melted butter over casserole. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till sets.
