Ingredients
- 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6-8 ham slices
- 6-8 Swiss cheese slices
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. frzn broccoli
- Cracker crumbs
Directions
- Mixed together.
- Lb. chicken breasts till flat. Put slice of ham, slice of Swiss cheese and piece of broccoli on top. Roll up and secure with 2 toothpicks. Arrange in baking dish. Pour soup and lowfat milk mix on top of chicken. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
