Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd chuck, browned & liquid removed
- 3 can (16 ounce) stewed tomatoes
- 12 ounce Fulkerson's Reserve Red Wine
- 16 ounce Red kidney beans
- 16 ounce White kidney beans
- 16 ounce Pinto beans
- 16 ounce Whole kernel corn
- 1 pkt Taco mix
- 1 pkt Hidden Valley party mix
- 1 can (small) minced chilies
- 1 c. Salsa Red pepper sauce, to taste
- 12 ounce Heluva Good taco Blend, shredded cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together and simmer 2 - 3 hrs. After simmering, add in sheese. Serve soup with more cheese on top, if you like, and tortilla chips.
