  1. Cook rice in water till water is absorbed. In skillet cook minced celery, onion, and green peppers slowly over low heat about 10 min.
  2. Add in liquid removed canned beans, stewed tomatoes and seasoning. Bring to a boil, and then simmer uncovered about 10 min. Add in cooked rice and mix.
