Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix crumbs and spice fold in a shallow bowl.
  2. Whisk egg and lowfat milk in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts in lowfat milk and egg mix and then in crumb mix, coating well with crumbs. Dip the chicken in the egg mix again and then again in the crumb mix.
  3. Chicken should be well coated with crumb mix. Place chicken on a foil lined pan and drizzle with butter. Bake for one hour.
