Ingredients
- Large round steak
- 1 can Pepsi or possibly Coke
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1 lrg onion, sliced
- 1 x green pepper, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Salt Pepper
- 1 lb egg noodles, cooked
Directions
- Heat Dutch oven over medium heat. Add in extra virgin olive oil. cut round steak into 8 strips. Brown steak and add in onions. When onions are soft, remove meat and onions. Drain oil from oven. Add in meat, onions, and green pepper. Add in can of Pepsi and ketchup. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and place coals on bottom and top of oven in 1 to 3 ratio. Cook 1 hour or possibly till sauce thickens. Serve over egg noodles.
- To make style, Add in 4 tbs teriyaki sauce and 2 tbs garlic pwdr while browning. Don't drain. Add in 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers and 1 tsp red pepper to mix before baking.
