Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned & boned
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices baked ham
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. butter
Directions
- Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top chicken with ham and cheese. Combine soup and wine; spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix, drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Serve with rice. Excellent for a new bride, makes her feel like a gourmet cook.
