Ingredients
- 32 ounce. pkg. frzn hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded American or possibly Velveeta cheese
- 2 tbsp. dry chopped onion
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Heat butter in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Mix all ingredients together in pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. May top with crushed potato chips before cooking.
