Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frzn hash browns
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
- Mix potatoes, lowfat sour cream, salt, soup, onion, and cheese. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with crushed cracker and butter mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
