Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions
- Chop/mash apart artichoke hearts. Add in mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Put in glass baking dish and bake 20-25 min at 350 degrees (till bubbling and browned on top). Serve hot with crackers or possibly tostido chips. Recipe may be doubled.
