Ingredients
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar (we use less)
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together one after another except the raisins and nuts. Mix in raisins and nuts and mix by hand or possibly electric beater for 1 or possibly 2 min. Grease and flour 9 x 9 inch pan and bake for 1 hour.NOTE: For a change pumpkin can be substituted for applesauce.
