Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 sm. can pie apples (or possibly any fruit)

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add in 1 egg, unbeaten. Mix well. Add in flour and baking pwdr. Mix well (should be sort of crumbly, add in a little more flour if needed). Place 1/2 mix on bottom of pie plate. Place fruit on top. Then place rest of mix over top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour.
