1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 ounce.) carton Cold Whip
1 (30 ounce.) can cherry pie filling

Directions

Tear cake and put pcs into the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix in Cold Whip. Spread over cake. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerateovernight.
