Ingredients
- 4 med. thick pork steaks
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced celery
- 2 lg. cans La Choy bean sprouts
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- Soy sauce
- Rice
Directions
- Brown pork, onions, and celery in 3 Tbsp. of soy sauce. Cover and cook on medium heat till celery is tender. Drain 1 can of bean sprouts, discarding this liquid. Retain the liquid with the other can and add in both cans to the pork mix, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Thicken mix with cornstarch and serve over rice. Season with soy sauce. A good warm winter dish.
