Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk (12 ounce. can)
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) ready to serve chicken broth
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounce. (dry cut) noodles or possibly linguini
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Gradually blend lowfat milk into flour till smooth (use a whisk), add in broth. Cook over medium heat, till warm and thick. Stir in cheese and pepper. Serve over warm pasta. Leftover cooked chicken or possibly turkey may be added to sauce and heated. About 6 servings.
