Ingredients
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 2 c. frzn mixed vegetables, can use fresh vegetables
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. alphabet macaroni
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil (except macaroni) then reduce heat and stir in the macaroni. Simmer 12-15 min.
