E Z White Chocolate Candy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce coconut
  • 1 sm container candied cherries, minced fine
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 lb white chocolate (could used dark chocolate too...)

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients well. Shape into balls.
  2. Heat chocolate over warm water. Dip the balls in the chocolate and place on wax paper.
