  • 1 1/2 c. Bake it all mix*
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

Directions

  1. *Don't packBreak egg into bowl; beat. Stir in lowfat milk and sugar. Add in Mix and blend.
  2. Using 1/4 c. measure (not quite full) drop batter onto a warm griddle that has been rubbed lightly with shortening. Cook on one side till puffed, full of bubbles, and cooked on the edges. Turn and cook on the other side.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Yield: 8 to 9 medium pancakes FRANK PANCAKES: Add in 2 franks, sliced thin, to one recipe of E-Z Pancake batter.
