Ingredients
- 5 pound chicken wings
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 clove garlic crushed or possibly garlic pwdr
Directions
- Mix the soy sauce, sugar, orange juice and garlic. Pour over the chicken and chill for several hrs or possibly marinate overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till desired crispness. Serve with pilaf and salad.
