- 4 Large eggs, well beaten
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 c. lowfat milk
- 4 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Add in sugar to beaten Large eggs, beating well after each addition. When mix becomes very stiff add in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into gallon freezer. Freeze as directed. Ice cream to bring back memories of Sunday afternoons long ago.
