Ingredients

  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 c. undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 c. minced cooked potatoes
  • 1/4 c. minced green onion & tops
  • 2 tbsp. minced green or possibly red pepper (sweet bell)
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can Spam, cubed

Directions

  1. Cube cheese, heat in evaporated lowfat milk, stir constantly. Add in remaining ingredients except Spam. Spread in pastry lined pan and top with cubed Spam. Add in upper crust. Make slashes in top. Bake 35 min at 425 degrees.
