Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 pound loaf day old bread, torn into pcs

Directions

  1. Blend water and powdered lowfat milk together; add in Large eggs. Combine salt, vanilla, sugar together; stir in lowfat milk mix. Add in raisins and butter. Fold in bread till moistened, don't over mix. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 8x8x2 inch pan till lightly browned.
