Duck Liver Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients

Liver Thick slice bacon, cooked med. Mushrooms

Butter Bread crumbs

Directions

1. Saute/fry livers to hard in warm butter. Alternate on skewers with bacon and mushrooms. Dip in butter. Roll in bread crumbs and grill over warm coals.
