- 1 cup full bodied red wine
- 12 oz spaghetti-al dente
Directions
- Cook the garlic in the butter and olive oil.
- Add the red wine and cook until reduced to half.
- Add the spaghetti and mix together until all of the red wine is absorbed by the spaghetti.
