    can you use dried figs, if so how many cups wld equal fresh - thanks

      Hi Bonnie: You need to use fresh figs for this jam. You're marinating it in brandy, sugar and lemon peel to absorb the flavors. You won't get a jam consistency using dried figs with this recipe.
