Ingredients
- Graham crackers
- 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 quart. vanilla ice cream
- 12 ounce. chocolate chips
- Crushed peanuts
Directions
- Crush sufficient graham crackers for a 9 inch pie crust. Add in peanut butter, butter, and sugar to crumbs. Place in 9 inch pie pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 min. Cold.
- Press ice cream over crust in pan. Heat chocolate chips in double boiler. Cold slightly and pour over ice cream. Top with crushed peanuts. Put pie in freezer. To serve, remove from freezer 5 - 10 min before and cut into eight pcs.
