  1. Spoon drop tea cakes. Stir mix sugar, butter, Crisco shortening, and vanilla flavor. Add in flour, water and Large eggs; mix well. For each tea cake drop one tablespoonful of the dough on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees till brown. Watch to keep from burning.
