Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
- 3 c. Self-rising flour
- 1 c. Water
Directions
- Spoon drop tea cakes. Stir mix sugar, butter, Crisco shortening, and vanilla flavor. Add in flour, water and Large eggs; mix well. For each tea cake drop one tablespoonful of the dough on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees till brown. Watch to keep from burning.
